Hire Desk Controller (German)

As a Hire Desk Controller, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships and ensuring the best service delivery from the internal desk. Your responsibilities will involve administrative and commercial handling of customer requests, from the initial contact to final delivery. You will provide expert advice to customers, ensuring the right equipment is available and delivered on time. Working closely with teams across various departments such as sales, workshops, and transport, this position will allow you to enhance your technical knowledge and develop your sales skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by accurately identifying customer needs and providing tailored product advice
  • Ensuring equipment availability and coordinating with internal departments to meet customer demands
  • Actively seeking commercial opportunities by providing quotes and following up with potential clients
  • Managing the order processing, including organizing transport with internal and external carriers
  • Handling accurate administrative tasks related to orders and invoicing
  • Ensuring safety is a top priority by following company processes and reporting any safety incidents
  • Expanding your technical knowledge through internal and external training sessions
